Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Customandcolors.
The Customer must have filled in the form on the website www.customandcolors.com in order to continue with the purchase. Each order will be confirmed via email by Customandcolors.
The customer confirms the proposed customization by e-mail and accepts the specified shipping costs and general conditions. You can then choose the payment method and confirm the order. This order is considered valid from the moment in which Customandcolors sends the confirmation to the Customer with an estimated delivery date via e-mail.
Products / customizations
Each customization is handmade using non-toxic products of the highest quality and with different painting techniques.
Small differences in shape and color between the graphic proposals presented and the customizations made on the object sent to the Customer are possible and cannot and must be considered a defect.
Intellectual Property Rights of Customizations
All intellectual property rights on our creations, including drawings and images, will be our exclusive property. The uniqueness of our customizations does not allow for serial reproduction. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges these rights.
The delivery of our products does not include the transfer of intellectual property rights.
The customizations are intended for private use only.
All copies, adaptations or interpretations of personalizations are subject to the same applicable copyright laws.
Pricing policy
The prices indicated in the confirmation e-mail are in Euros.
In the case of a Customer whose credit / debit card is in another currency, the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate applied and the fees charged by the card issuer on the day of processing the transaction.
Order acceptance
Once the desired customization has been chosen, the Customer will be asked to sign the customization for acceptance and to pay 50% of the final cost. Upon receipt of the object to be customized in our laboratory, you will receive a confirmation email.
At the end of the work we will notify the Customer via e-mail, attaching photos, and who will be asked to pay the remaining 50% of the agreed price.
The sales contract is concluded in Geneva, Switzerland and the language of the contract is Italian.
Payment
Payments must be made through our PayPal account or by bank transfer. For more detailed information, please refer to PayPal’s terms and conditions.
The customer acknowledges that finished products may be subject to taxes, customs duties and collection fees depending on the country of destination.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law and any dispute relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Geneva Court.
Shipment
We will do everything possible to ship your personalized items as quickly and safely as possible. The Customer will be notified by e-mail of the order shipping reference code to ensure the traceability of the object. In Switzerland, shipments will be made by post or courier. Shipments to other countries will be made through international couriers. Shipping costs will be communicated to the Customer via e-mail upon order confirmation.
Return and refund
The customizations performed are unique and indelible. It is impossible to return the personalized object to its initial state and in no case can it be requested for a refund.
