We will start painting only once you have formally approved the final sketch, only at that point it will no longer be possible to change or delete the drawing.

Each drawing is a unique work, the times depend on the size and complexity of the drawing, on the style and subject you have chosen.

Usually 15 working days pass between the arrival of the object to be customized in our Italian Creative Workshop and the realization of the design.

For complex designs it can take up to 12 weeks.

At these times you obviously have to add the shipping times.

The colors we use and the special treatment to which we submit the base to be painted, guarantee a long life.

Our creations are not afraid of rain.

You will receive some simple recommendations with your personalized object to guarantee its quality over time.

We use the best colors available, their manufacturer guarantees non-toxicity and production according to environmental protection regulations.

As with time, you must consider that each design is a unique work, and the costs, which will be communicated to you with a detailed estimate, depend on the size and complexity of the design, on the style and subject you have chosen and on the complexity of the creative development.

Paypal or bank transfer seemed to us the simplest and safest systems. With the quote you will have all the specifications to make the payment.

As you will discover in the detailed quote you will receive, the cost includes not only the creative study, the manual execution of the design, the cost of materials, but also VAT and the cost of insurance and shipping.

We will ask you to pay us 50% of the agreed amount upon approval of the final sketch and the remaining 50% before shipment.

We can guarantee our work and we do it willingly.

When you receive the personalized object you will also find a document certifying that the design was hand made by expert Italian artists, with pictorial decoration techniques, that we will not reproduce the exact same design for other customers and that we have used only non-toxic, resistant colors. weatherproof and produced in compliance with environmental protection regulations.

It will be enough that, once our final sketch has been approved, you give us the authorization to collect the object to be customized and we will take care of asking our forwarder to collect the product.

This procedure also allows us to insure your object on its way from your home to our Italian creative workshop.

If the object is different from the one represented in the photos you sent us or if it is so damaged that we do not allow us to customize it “to perfection” we will unfortunately be forced not to make the design and we can ask you to recognize the costs incurred for the creative research and shipping.

Our courier will take care of it; the personalized object will be protected by a specific customandcolors packaging and will be accompanied by advice on how to maintain its beauty over time.
